In the closing hours of May 7, Xiaomi announced that it will unveil a mysterious new product tomorrow. Now, there are wide speculations that this could be the Xiaomi Mi 7 although it is most unlikely. Mi fans suggested the Mi 7 because the announcement was made on the 7th. However, if Xiaomi actually wanted a relationship between the release date and a product, it will make more sense to release the Xiaomi Mi 7 on the 7th and not 8th. Do not forget that there is already a rumor that this smartphone is to drop on May 23. To be candid, Xiaomi is probably releasing one of its numerous products far from the Mi 7.

The rumor mill is still spinning regarding the Mi 7. Most recently, a leaked Mi 7 screen protector confirmed a notch and it has also surfaced on Mi Mall for just $439.99. Xiaomi 7 uses a special-shaped screen and it uses a 3D structured light technology which supports facial recognition. The back is equipped with dual cameras and the two cameras are arranged vertically.
Xiaomi 7 equipped will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor based on a 10nm manufacturing process using Kryo 385 architecture. The SoC clocks 2.8GHz and it is supported by an Adreno 630 GPU. We will have 6GB/8GB of RAM and at least 64GB of internal storage.
