On June 27, Meitu will hold a new product launch in the Summer Palace and officially release the Meitu T9. The theme of this conference is ‘Looking at Beauty in the Night.’ Our friends from Mydrivers have got the invitation letter. The latter comes with a rich artistic atmosphere. It also contains a fan (also known as a palace fan), a sachet, and a notebook. Purple is the main color used in this invitation letter. So there is every reason to think the T9 will have a special color option.
Compared with the previous generation, the Meitu T9 camera configuration has been greatly upgraded. On the front as well as the back, the phone sports a dual-camera. The main lenses on both sides are the same, the Sony IMX363. The latter comes with a focusing speed of 0.03s. According to the official introduction, thanks to this sensors, the phone is capable of providing an outstanding night-time photographing. Plus, both cameras come with an optical image stabilization.
In addition to the good camera hardware, the Meitu T9 also added a pyramid multi-dimensional image processing technology. It retains the details of the skin to achieve the highest-level beautification effect. More importantly, the phone has also added skeletal point recognition technology, combined with MTlab’s big data golden ratio algorithm, to intelligently adjust your body proportions.
In terms of hardware, our protagonist will sport a 6.01-inch FHD+ display, a Snapdragon 660 super mid-range processor, a 3100mAh battery, and run on the MEIOS4.3 system based on Android 8.1.
At this moment, the Meitu T9 has started pre-sale. The 4GB+64GB version is priced at 3399 yuan ($524), while the 6GB+128GB version costs 4199 yuan ($647).
