Xiaomi

New week, new Xiaomi handset hitting the market. This time we’re talking about the market killing Xiaomi Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite which are set to dominate Europe and other parts of the world when available. The two handset do indeed with really interesting specs for the price as well as a much requested stock Android OS.

For those who already have a smartphone and are looking to buy something else from Xiaomi, here’s their new tea drink, followed by their most expensive product ever, and finally a massage chair with AI features.

In other news, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 and Mi 8 SE are now available in 6GB/128GB memory configurations.

Oppo

Oppo has also been in the news this week with a very unique prototype of their that leaked online. In it, we find a very neat secondary display placed on the back of the phone, along with the two cameras.

As far as actual news go, the upcoming Oppo R17 has been seen on the Chinese certification site TENAA with a 6.3-inch display, a 3415mAh battery and more.

Lenovo

Lenovo

Chinese tech giant just launched a product that is part of the new wave of smart home assistant. Similarly toĀ Amazonā€™s Echo Show, the Lenovo Smart Display is basically a Google Assistant with a screen. It does everything Google Assistant does, from setting an alarm to showing you a video on Youtube and it’s available in two variants of 8-inch and 10-inch displays; click here to learn more.

Huawei

Exciting news coming from Huawei this week. The Chinese phone & chip maker is apparently going to launch the next Kirin 980 flagship CPU in a month, at the IFA taking place in Berlin. The new SoC is said to sports cutting-edge technology and bring an incredible performance boost.

Also from Huawei, we hear rumors that suggest they might be working on a foldable phone. Some say they could manage to launch it before Samsung, which would be quite impressive.

Meizu

The much awaited Meizu 16 series is really close to getting unveiled. Tomorrow, July 30th is indeed the day when both the Meizu 16 and Meizu 16 Plus are expected to be unveiled. Albeit, there’re very few things we still aren’t aware of, after this leaked specs sheet and the latest visit on TENAA andĀ Geekbench.
