It appears Google is planning a simultaneous rollout of its upcoming Pixel smartphones in the US and Mainland Europe. The tech giant earlier today mailed out invitations for yet another Made by Google event in Europe, where it’s expected to unveil its latest Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL smartphones. The event is taking place in Paris, France, and is to hold simultaneously with the Newyork event on October 9 at 11 AM ET.
We are not sure if the Silicon Valley-based company will be holding the event in more locations, outside of Paris and Newyork city. It is also not clear to us if the event in the separate locations will be a full-fledged separate launch event or just a mere simulcasting of the Newyork event.
The Google October 9 event for the Pixel3 and Pixel 3 XL launch is coming right on the heels of an Apple event in a few hours time(Sept. 12) that is likely to be the launch pad of the 2018 iPhone models.
The Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL, obviously will be the major highlight of Google’s October 9th event. And while that event is still over a month away, we already have a good idea of what the next pixel smartphones will bring to bear, all thanks to leaks and rumors that have been pouring in on regular basis. Over the past few weeks, multiple leaks of images have hit the internet, including renders, prototypes, and even a full-on unboxing video of an alleged pre-release model. Read here for more!
