Samsung’s foldable phone tipped to come with triple rear cameras

Widely expected to be unveiled in the next few months, leaks and rumors about Samsung’s upcoming foldable smartphone tipped to arrive as the Galaxy F or Galaxy X has been gaining traction.

The South Korean giant did reveal a bit of information about its foldable display at the Samsung Developer Conference last year but however failed to make known what specs the device will pack under its hood. Now, a South Korean publication has revealed a bit of what might make up the upcoming device.

Gizchina News of the week

As per the publication, the Samsung Galaxy F as we believed it will be called is tipped to come fitted with a triple rear camera setup similar to what is expected of the upcoming Galaxy S10+. Notably, the source claims the device will come packed with a dual camera setup comprising of – the regular telephoto camera, an ultra-wide angle camera, and a depth sensor similar to the Galaxy A7 triple camera, though the module on the Galaxy S10+ and of course the Galaxy F will pack more capable sensors.

The report makes no mention of any front-facing camera, but we are sure Samsung won’t settle for anything less, and given that the Korean giant will pack the device with a triple rear camera, the front cameras should come in form of a dual camera arrangement.

As per an earlier report, a new version of Samsungs virtual assistant currently in the making will feature in the upcoming Foldable phone from Samsung.
