Samsung mobile has confirmed it will host a launch event on April 10, and while details of the event remain under wraps, the Galaxy A90 has been the prime suspect. While we already the know the device will arrive as Samsung budget flagship that could ditch the Infinity U/V type design for a pop-up camera of some sort and an almost all screen front, other specs, and its design remained pretty scarce.
Now, ahead of its purported unveiling, we can now boast of one more detail about the device thanks to a new leak from Galaxy club which claims the Galaxy A90 will come with a battery marked with the model code EB-BA905ABN and will be a 3,610 mAh capacity. While that isn’t bad for a budget phone, it falls short of the A50 with a large 4,000 mAh battery and the A70 that is tipped to come with a much more larger a 4,400 mAh battery.
Perhaps that’s the price we got to pay for the sliding camera mechanism, given that the tech takes up much larger internal space than any other design choice, assume the design rumor turns out true. The Galaxy A90 earlier this month was officially listed among the listed of gaming-focused devices including the Galaxy S10, S10+, S10e, and Note 9, and the unreleased but recently unveiled Galaxy Tab S5e, suggesting that it won’t be a slouch when it comes to performance.
