This chip is based on a 7nm process. Officially, it integrates the world’s top 5G modem, flagship multi-core CPU architecture and energy-efficient independent AI processor APU 3.0.
Specifically, MediaTek Dimensity 820 is composed of 4 × Cortex A76 2.6GHz + 4 × Cortex A55 2.0GHz, a Mali-G57 MC5 GPU, and supports 5G dual-carrier aggregation, 5G + 5G dual card dual standby, and SA / NSA dual-mode 5G.
