ZTE Axon 30 Ultra reveals more details: body thickness is only 8.0mm

According to reports, ZTE will hold a new product launch conference for the ZTE Axon 30 Ultra series on April 15. At this conference, the company will unveil the ZTE Axon 30 series. This series is the world’s first smartphone with three main cameras. As the release time approaches, we continue to see more salient details about this device. According to the latest warm-up information from ZTE, the new ZTE Axon 30 Ultra has a body thickness of only 8.0mm. It also comes with a metal middle frame of 1.7mm and a weight of 188g. Although it is not the lightest and thinnest 5G mobile phone, this thickness, and weight are absolutely excellent. Especially among Snapdragon 888 models, ZTE did a good job with the Axon 30 series. 

ZTE claims that the team has made such a thin and light body after many iterations. The design gives you the ultimate lightness and excellent grip. According to ZTE, the current trend for Snapdragon 888 flagships uses a stacking design. This increases the thickness to obtain a larger layout area.

In order to ensure the integrity of mobile phone signals and higher reliability, ZTE’s design team did not use a stacking design. The entire design team had to work for about six months until it achieves the best balance between aesthetic design and functionality.

ZTE Axon 30 series speculations

From what we already know, the ZTE Axon 30 Ultra will use a center single punch-hole screen. This display supports a 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate. In addition to the Snapdragon 888 processor, it will come with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 flash memory technology.

In the camera department, this device will use a 64MP superhuman main camera + 64MP super sensitive main camera + 64MP super wide-angle main camera. This smartphone will also come with an 8MP super zoom periscope lens. This is the industry’s first and strongest triple main camera on the rear. In the front, this series will use a 44MP sensor.

Under the hood, there is a built-in 4500 mAh capacity battery that supports 55W flash charging. On the software end, this device will run on the brand new MyOS system. Ni Fei, President of ZTE’s Terminal Business Unit, previously revealed that ZTE’s Axon 30 Ultra will have the strongest camera in 2021.
