Oppo K9 5G smartphone will arrive with the Snapdragon 768G


Not so long ago, we reported that on May 6, the Chinese company Oppo has scheduled a presentation of a number of products, which will include the K9 5G smartphone. New teasers, unveiled by the manufacturer, reveal additional details about this device.

Earlier it was said that the smartphone will receive a triple camera with a 64-megapixel main sensor, a battery with support for fast 65-watt charging and an FHD + AMOLED display with an integrated fingerprint scanner.

One of the new teasers reports the use of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G processor, which combines the Kryo 475 processing cores with a frequency of up to 2.8 GHz, the Adreno 620 graphics accelerator and the Snapdragon X52 5G cellular modem. This chip will have a highly efficient vapor chamber system.

Another advertising image reveals some of the physical characteristics: the smartphone has a 7.9mm thick body and weighs 172g.

From various sources, the amount of RAM will be 8 GB, the capacity of the flash drive – 128 and 256 GB. Front camera resolution – 32 million pixels. The handset will ship with Android 11 operating system.

Oppo has recently unveiled a series of teasers ahead of the imminent announcement of the K9 mid-range smartphone; which will debut on May 6 along with the Enco Air fully wireless submersible headphones.

We know that the device will receive an FHD + AMOLED display with an integrated fingerprint scanner. The front-facing single camera will be in a small hole in the upper left corner of the screen.

The rear camera will receive three sensors, including a 64-megapixel core sensor. The equipment will include 8 GB of RAM and a flash drive with a capacity of 128/256 GB.

Power will be provided by a 65W fast-charge rechargeable battery. Finally, a 3.5mm headphone jack is also present.

As for the Oppo Enco Air headphones, we know little about them. There is only talks about support for wireless Bluetooth 5.2 and two color options – black and white.
