On Wednesday, Vivo added another 5G-enabled device to its Y-series portfolio, dubbed the Vivo Y55s 5G. Moreover, the announcement has put rumors surrounding the phone’s specifications and features to rest. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer has officially revealed all the specs and other details of the Vivo Y55s smartphone.

The Vivo Y55s 5G smartphone will set you back CNY 1,699 (about INR 20,200) in China. The handset comes in three eye-catching color options. These include Pink, Blue, and Black. Regrettably, the phone’s listing on Vivo’s official website does not divulge details about when it will be going on sale.
Specifications & Features
The most notable feature of the Vivo Y55s is its robust 6000mAh battery. This is the biggest battery Vivo has used in its smartphones yet. Aside from that, the phone will ship with 8GB of RAM and offer a hearty 128GB of onboard storage capacity. Under the hood, it packs a powerful MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset. The front panel houses a 6.58 inch LCD that offers a Full HD resolution. Moreover, it features a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera.
The rear panel, on the other hand, features a 50MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture, and a 2MP lens with f/2.4 aperture. The front panel has an 8MP camera for capturing selfies and video calling.
