Realme 9i Live Images, Specs Appear On FCC & TUV Rheinland Sites

Alleged Realme 9i smartphone’s live images and details about the upcoming phone’s battery capacity have been spotted on certification sites. The first Realme 9 series smartphone could be right around the corner. The Realme 9i has been making the rounds online in the form of leaked renders for quite some time now. Moreover, some earlier reports have shed light on the device’s key specifications.

As if that weren’t enough, the Realme 9i design renders, showcasing the phone’s display and camera setup had popped up on the internet earlier this month. The frequently leaked handset has made another appearance on the web courtesy of MySmartPrice. The publication has spotted the Realme 9i on the FCC, as well as the TUV Rheinland certification websites. As expected, these listings divulge key specifications of the upcoming smartphone from Realme.

Realme 9i Live Images Spotted

The recently spotted FCC certification listing gives us a glimpse of the phone’s rear panel design. The back panel seems to house a triple camera setup. Aside from that, it implies that the Realme 9i will have a camera module that looks like the camera layout of the Realme GT Neo 2. Moreover, the listings suggest that the phone will be drawing its juices from a 4,880mAh battery. However, the battery’s typical capacity will be 5,000mAh. Furthermore, the phone will run Android 11 with Realme’s proprietary UI 2.0 on top.

According to the FCC certification, the phone’s dimensions are 162.5 x 74mm. Furthermore, the upcoming smartphone will support dual-band WiFi connectivity. In other words, the phone will support 5GHz and 2.4GHz networks.

The Realme 9i smartphone has been subject to several speculations in the past. Some leaks suggest that the Realme 9i will sport a display that offers a Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz. According to a report by 91mobiles, the phone will feature a 6.6-inch screen with a punch-hole cutout to house the front shooter. Under the hood, the phone reportedly packs an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC that uses a 6nm fabrication process. In terms of photography, the Realme 9i could come with a 50MP primary camera.

Moreover, the phone is likely to arrive in global markets sometime in January 2022. Realme will be holding two different launch events to take the wraps off the Realme 9 series smartphones. Earlier reports claim that the upcoming Realme 9 series will have four models. These include the Realme 9 Pro+, Realme 9 Pro, Realme 9, and the Realme 9i.
