Honestly, Samsungās older models encountered similar problems. For instance, the Galaxy S7 suffered from it long ago. But it is still unclear how the problem was transferred to the Samsung Galaxy S20. As for the manufacturer, it hasnāt issued any statement yet. Probably, the company thinks that the problem is not widespread enough.
