Chinese manufacturing giant, Xiaomi, releases a plethora of smartphones every year. Over the past few years, the popularity of OLED displays is significantly increasing. This is slowly obliterating the use of LCD displays. Most flagship smartphones now come with OLED displays and even mid-range devices are now using this screen. According to recent reports, Xiaomi has plans to phase out the use of LCD displays. Xiaomi Group Executive, Zhang Yu posted that the Redmi Note 11T Pro may be the last LCD screen phone.
However, some Xiaomi fans did not receive the news with excitement. They claim that the Redmi brand should continue its rhythm just like last year’s model. OLED technology can not work for LCD screens
