Oppo Find X6 Pro will bring three 50MP cameras

Oppo Find X6 Pro

According to rumors, Oppo is not pushing the Oppo Find X6 series ahead of the usual schedule. But that will not prevent the leaks from popping out even at this point. We already heard some possible details about the Oppo Find X6. The lineup should consist of the usual vanilla and Find X6 Pro, and we also expect a Lite variant to appear. Today, a new leak suggests that the Oppo Find X6 Pro will feature three 50 MP cameras on its back with Sony sensors.

Oppo Find X6 Pro specifications

The Oppo Find X6 Pro will have a main 50 MP camera with the Sony IMX 989 sensor. It will be a 1-inch sensor with a 7P lens and Optical Image Stabilization. The ultrawide module, on the other hand, will bring a Sony IMX 890 shooter. The last sensor also is a Sony IMX 890 with a focus on a 2.7x optical zoom and will also have OIS. The leak states that Oppo is also bringing a ToF (time of flight) sensor to help with the depth mapping.

Oppo Find X6 Pro

As per the rumors, the Oppo Find X6 Pro will be available with flagship SoCs from both Qualcomm and MediaTek – the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and the Dimensity 9200. However, we’re not betting high on wide availability for the Dimensity 9200 variant. Perhaps, Oppo will keep the last year’s strategy and keep the Dimensity 9200 variant exclusive to China. Meanwhile, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 may reach global markets.

The Oppo Find X6 Pro will also pack a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with Quad HD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. We expect a battery between 4,500 and 5,000 mAh for the Pro variant. Charging is not clear, but we expect anything between 80W and 150W. The phone will run Android 13 straight out of the box with ColorOS running on top. We expect more leaks to keep popping out in the coming months. The new flagship series may appear in Q1 2023 or in early Q2 2023 at the very least.

For now, Oppo is preparing for the launch of the new Oppo Reno 9 series.
