Anker has rolled out a new home power unit called Solidx E10. It is made for homes that face long power cuts or want to live off grid for days. The
system can store up to 90kWh of power, a size meant for large homes and villas.
The unit can link with roof sun panels, taking in up to 27kW from them. That means it can fill fast on bright days. When sun is gone and the pack runs low, users are not stuck. The system can link to an Anker smart gen to refill the pack and keep lights and gear on.
This setup aims at calm use, not rush fixes. By storing power first, the gen does not need to run all day. It can top up the pack, then rest while the home draws from the stored power.
Many ways to charge and share power
One key part of the Solidx E10 is how it takes power from many sources. The linked smart gen can run on gas, fuel, or propane. That gives users choice, based on what they can find during a cut.
The gen can push up to 3600 watts by AC and up to 4500 watts by DC. For most homes, this is far more than the base load they need at once. As a result, short gen runs can cover long home use when the pack is full.
When grid power is live, the system can act as a
UPS. It can send up to 20kW at peak, which is enough to keep key home gear on with no break. This suits homes with work gear, cold rooms, or care needs.
Modular build and price view
The battery part uses a block based build. Each block stores about 6114Wh. Users can add more blocks over time, based on need and cost. This makes the system easier to scale than fixed packs.
The start price is set at $4299 for the base setup. The final cost will rise as more blocks and gear are added. Still, for users who face long cuts or want grid free use, the size and mix of power paths may make sense.
This launch shows Anker moving past small power boxes into full home scale use. It targets users who want control, choice, and steady power when the grid fails.
