Of course, Apple knows some users want more headroom. That’s why it launched a new MagSafe battery pack built just for the Air. It clicks onto the back, boosts total capacity by about 65 percent, and stretches playback to nearly 40 hours. The pack supports 12W fast charging and ties into Apple’s smart battery management system to protect long-term health.
