Back in July,
Honor unveiled a very interesting tablet in the form of the Honor MagicPad 3 13.3. The slate was quite powerful with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, but the brand is now ready to take the next step. The lineup will soon get a Pro variant with a much more powerful CPU. The Honor MagicPad 3 Pro 13.3 will arrive in next week with the Qualcomm
Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 CPU. The new
device will hit the shelves on October 15.
Honor MagicPad 3 Pro 13.3 Specifications Tipped
The Honor MagicPad 3 Pro 13.3 will be the first tablet with Qualcomm's flagship CPU. In fact, it's not common to see tablets sporting the most premium CPUs. Honor is taking a bold step in the flagship territory with this slate. With this chip, the MagicPad 3 Pro 13.3 scored over 4.2 million points in multiple AnTuTu v11 benchmark tests. The highest score so far was 4.302.345.
Honor shared an image that shows the Honor MagicPad 3 Pro 13.3 in two colors. The tablet will also sport a dual camera setup on the rear. However, this will be a simple setup with a 13 MP main camera. However, the camera usage in tablets usually does not go beyond the simple. Moving on, the device will feature a large 13.3-inch display with a super-smooth 165Hz refresh rate. We don't know the resolution yet, but we're betting on something near the Quad HD territory.
Some rumors have claimed the screen with a resolution of 3,200 x 2,136 pixels. Moreover, the tablet is expected to run MagicOS 10 straight out of the box and come with an E2 chip for energy efficiency. The battery will be a 12,450 mAh unit.
Honor MagicPad 3 12.5 Coming As Well
In addition to the MagicPad 3 Pro 13.3, Honor will also bring the MagicPad 3 12.5. The picture posted on Weibo confirms the new tablet with 12.5-inch 165Hz display. It wil have stylus support and will come in three colors. This one will have a single camera.
