Well, talk about a quiet entrance. The Honor X8d just showed up online. No big announcement, no fanfare, nothing official. It’s listed in Kyrgyzstan right now. It shows up as "out of stock," which, yeah, is a shame, but that will change quickly. Because it’s not truly launched yet, we can’t actually tell you what the price is. That’s the major bummer. But the specs? We have the full, actual details and the official images too.

So, the Honor X8d is pretty simple on colors: blue, grey, and black.

The Specs That Really Stand Out

The screen is big, nearly giant, actually: a 6.77-inch AMOLED touchscreen. Resolution is fine—1080x2392. Okay, the processor choice is a bit weird. Honor decided on the Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2 SoC. Note that part, the "4G-only." That is a very odd choice for a phone coming out at the end of 2025. You get 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage standard.

But the battery is the real headline. It's truly massive. We're talking about a 7,000 mAh cell. That should last forever. Plus, it supports a decent 45W wired charging speed. The phone also has an IP65 rating. That means it can handle dust and splashes, which is good peace of mind.

Camera Details and Size

On the back of the phone, there’s a massive 108MP main camera. It is joined by a smaller 5MP secondary camera. Nobody knows what that 5MP lens is actually for yet. Maybe macro? For taking pictures of yourself, the selfie camera is a pretty standard 16MP snapper.

The phone is sized nicely considering that battery: 162.9 x 76.3 x 7.5 mm. And it weighs 188g. Not bad at all.

The Software Mess

Finally, the software. This is always the tricky bit with listings. The listing says the phone runs Android 15 underneath MagicOS 10. But wait a minute—MagicOS 10 is supposed to be built on Android 16. So, yeah, that listing definitely has a typo. Hopefully, Honor ships it with the latest Android 16. That would be much better for security and features. We’ll find out when the phone actually goes on sale.
