Oppo fans have been patiently waiting for the
CyanogenMod version of the
Oppo N1 to go
on sale and now it seems the team have got what they were waiting for. The Oppo N! running CM10.2 has passed all relavent tests, including
Google’s CTS,
CDD and
CTS Verifier, meaning that the
phone can now come bundled with all of Google’s
apps and the
Play Store.
The
certification is not just great
news for
CyanogenMod and Oppo but also other
developers who also wish to get the stamp of approval from Google for their
Android projects.
We expect to see more
CyanogenMod powered phones in the near future as it appears the team are now working with
smartphone start-up
OnePlus.
