Vivo has already locked in October 13 for the X300 series debut in China. But it looks like fans outside the country won’t be waiting much longer. A handset believed to be
the global version of the Vivo X300 has now surfaced on
Geekbench, showing off its specs and performance numbers.
Geekbench Listing Reveals Key Specs
The device carried the model number V2515, lining up with earlier leaks pointing to the standard X300’s international edition. The Pro model, expected to appear under V2514, hasn’t shown up yet, but it usually follows soon after.
What’s under the hood? The same
MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip used in the Chinese version. That’s MediaTek’s new flagship silicon, officially launching later this month in China. It uses a 1+3+4 CPU setup: a single Travis core at 4.21GHz, three Alto cores at 3.50GHz, and four Gelas cores at 2.7GHz. The graphics side is handled by the Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU, which promises big gains in efficiency and ray tracing.
Benchmark Scores
On Geekbench, the X300 pulled 3177 points in single-core and 9701 in multi-core. Those are strong numbers that place it among the top Android phones on the horizon. The test phone was running
Android 16 with 16GB RAM, so Vivo seems ready to ship the global variant in a high-end configuration.
Software and Launch Timeline
One interesting detail: this could be the first time we see
OriginOS 6 outside China. That’s Vivo’s latest skin, which has so far been limited to its domestic models.
Now, about the release. Vivo usually takes a month or two to bring its flagships abroad after the China launch. With this benchmark sighting, the global rollout looks likely for November or December — just in time for the holiday season.
What It Means
The Geekbench listing doesn’t tell us everything — no details yet on cameras, display, or battery — but it does confirm the international model is in testing. And with performance scores like these, the X300 series is shaping up to be a serious competitor to other premium Android devices launching this fall.
