GooApple Already Planning Quad-core iPhone 5 Clone!

Regular readers of Gizchina will already know Chinese iPhone clone makers GooApple for their amazing GooApple V5 iPhone 4S clone with retina display! Well reports suggest that GooApple are already preparing a quad-core iPhone 5 clone!

GooApple have announced that their all new iPhone 5 clone will be hitting stores in a few months, no much later than the real iPhone 5 launch from Apple!

Gizchina News of the week

Chances are that GooApple’s iPhone 5 clone will be based on the various leaked iPhone 5 parts photos which have been circling the web, and there may even be a chance that the Chinese based iPhone knock-off makers could have even rented the rear casing of the new iPhone 5 much like Chinese journalists have been doing for $8000!

GooApple have even gone on to say that the new iPhone 5 knock off will feature a Quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 CPU, 1GB RAM and a 4 inch screen with a resolution of 1280 x 720, which if true is more than the rumored iPhone 5’s resolution which is said to be just 1136 x 640!

We can also expect to say a very convincing Android operating system with authentic looking iOS UI based on either Android ICS or Android 4.1 Jelly Bean!

I remember commenting in a post weeks ago that I will be waiting for GooApple to release a realistic iphone 5 clone, and purchase that instead of the genuine iphone 5, because I’m not wasting $500+ on a phone, nor am I dealing with contracts.

They now have clone Samsung Galaxy S3 phones with correct width, and weight. Even genuine cases can fit on them. If other companies can get it right, GooApple’s phone should be pretty amazing. I hope this Is released before Christmas. I will definitely buy it, but something Is telling me that when Apple reveals the phone on September 12th, the design is going to look 100% different than the rumored pic above.

BTW, could someone please tell me where does these Chinese companies get their Authentic looking IOS User Interfaces for their clone phones?

Are these the same UI’s available in the Google Play Store, I’m just curious

Good question! I think GooApple are making their UI themselves. When I tested the GooApple V5 earlier this year I was blown away! It’s only when you get down in to the lower submenus you can tell your using Android, for the rest it was just like iOS including multi-tasking, folders plus moving and removing apps! Can’t wait to see what they have planned for the iPhone 5 clone!

@Andi, honestly which do you look forward to purchasing, the GooApple iphone 5, or the genuine one?

I personally look forward to purchasing this one. Idk why I am addicted to clones from China. I never knew people shared the same interest as me, until I found this site, and I’m glad that I did.

Of course the GooApple πŸ™‚ The iPhone 5 is going to be a great phone, we know and expect this and for me it’s no longer exciting. GooApple though! Wow that is exciting!

@ThinkOutsideTheBox: I don’t know how things going in your country but in my country the initial release of iPhone 4s, it cost about $900 or something, and lately the rumor said iPhone 5 will be tagged with $1100 here in my country. So a big no for me πŸ˜€
I don’t know about knock-off product, I haven’t tried any. Don’t get me wrong, but the famous android brand namely: Samsung, HTC. Both are using the UI I don’t really fond of. Yes, I found that Touchwiz and Sense are sucks. I preferred the Nexus (Stock Google) UI over the two, I had tried some MIUI mod on my friend’s phone and I found it was pretty unique, highly mod-able and has a lot of ready-to-use themes you can download. Btw, I am “alergic” to iPhone UI so, iPhone knock-off is basically not on my list as well.

Its sensible to go for this… I like the fact that i can buy something i really like which is android and yet take advantage of all the accessories like protective case and stuff which will be widely available for the original iphone 5… that would be awwsome@_@

    • August 26, 2012

Great points! Enjoy all the benefits of the iPhone design but with Android and a lower price! Nice!! πŸ™‚

I agree. I believe HDC will also release an iphone 5 clone, which will make my decision even harder. Both companies make great clones. I wonder if they’ll have a siri clone this time around.

On the GooApple V5, how well did “itunes” work? I hear there were some problems with it,but from a few videos I’ve seen of It on youtube, it looked 100% the same as the original. Also, do you know if the itunes on the GooApple works with itunes on the computer? If so, that would be amazing.

When do you think they will release it and why is there no sites that sell iphone 5 clones , even tho there is plenty of information on what it will look like?

    • August 27, 2012

Knowing GooApple it won’t be long after the actual launch of the real iPhone 5.
