China Unicom To Launch Wostore Application Market Later This Month

China’s three major telecom operators will soon be battling over a new field. The app market field.
China Unicom are currently testing their Wostore application market and plans to officially launch the market later this month.
Despite being late to the playing field (both China Mobile and China Telecom have already launched app stores) Unicom claim to have more than 2000 apps ready for download for numerous mobile platforms and are confident more developers will launch their applications on Wostore.
Both free and paid apps will be available with paid apps starting from as little as 0.30 yuan and rising to around 10 yuan.
