ZTE Grand S and ZTE Grand Memo pricing confirmed

We’ve heard some pretty outrages prices quoted for the flagship ZTE Grand S and it’s 5.7-inch big brother the Grand Memo, thankfully real pricing has been announced and it isn’t that bad.

The flagship ZTE Grand S has been given a Chinese mainland retail price of 3399 Yuan ($546) which put’s it on par with the Oppo Find 5 32GB model, and like the Oppo packs a quad-core Snapdragon CPU, 2GB RAM, 13 mega-pixel camera and 5-inch 1080 display. The CPU is running slighty faster in the S though at 1.7GHZ, the battery is small at 1780mAh but the body is just 6.9mm thick!

Gizchina News of the week

The 5.7-inch ZTE Grand Memo is cheaper than the S at 2688 Yuan ($432) and packs a 720p display, 1.7Ghz quad-core Snapdragon CPU, 1GB RAM, 13 mega-pixel camera, 3200mAh battery and Android 4.1. The European version of the Grand Memo will launch with a more powerful Snapdragon 800 and possibly higher price tag.

Interesting. I prefer the Ascend Mate but it doesn’t have MHL and this one does. Ascend by the way will be launched tomorrow in Beijing. No announced prices yet.
