Pomp C6 to get MT6589T processor


Budget phone maker Pomp are readying their latest addition to their affordable range of Android phones the Pomp C6.

Pomp made a name for themselves with the very affordable Pomp W88 and W89 Android phones, now they are looking to bring a new phone to market this time with a more powerful 1.5Ghz quad-core Mediatek MT6589T chip.

Other details are being kept secret however this blurry promotional image shows a phone with quite narrow bezels, possibly a 5-inch display and we can see quite a large camera sensor with LED below to the rear!

Pricing is expected to be kept competitive and should be similar to current Pomp models on the market.

    I hope the company starts to think of honoring warranty of their phones sold. So far I have not had any replies to my request sent more than 4 weeks ago for help from them. My unit has a problem with Wifi interference as it somehow locks frequencies with other devices and stops working mid call. Makes the phone an budget piece of rubbish. Also creates the doubt that they are ever going to look after customers interests.

      It’s not techinically their fault unless you bought it directly from them.
