Moto G with unlimited data plan packaging leaked, another blow to Chinese phone makers?

Leaked images show the retail packaging of a Moto G heading for Verizon with an unlimited data plan.

If you happen to be Stateside and wanting a cheap Android phone, Chinese models aren’t currently the best bet for you due to cellular compatibility issues, but that doesn’t mean there is no low-cost Android alternative for you.

Gizchina News of the week

Leaked images show that soon US citizens will have the choice to get their hands on the Moto G Android smartphone with unlimited talk and text data plan with Verizon. This by itself is great news for U.S customers but it gets better with a seriously low price tag of just $100!

According to sources the launch date for the new package will be January 9th and the bundle will be available from Best Buy.

Yeah, I’m recommending Moto G over Chinese phones abroad, here in China is not that easy for Motorola, though this device is still quite interesting… Chinese phone makers should take into account the chance of upgrading their stuff to latest Android version.

I personally would have bought one if it were at US price here (availability is an issue here in China, haven’t seen one yet).

Happy New Year and keep on rockin’

I recently bought a Moto G for my wife and I was pleasently surprised by this phone: definitively a good choice !
