LG Optimus L1 II Tri can hold 3 SIMS

LG have launched a low-cost phone with space for 3 SIM cards, but the specs are way below the standard we are use to!

Gizchina News of the week

At less than 800 Yuan ($131) there are plenty of great Chinese phones to buy, some of them even offering an octacore processor and 2GB RAM! The LG Optimus L1 II Tri doesn’t have those kinds of specs though, instead it has just 512mb RAM, a 3-inch display, 2 mega-pixel camera and 1540mAh battery, and space of 3 SIM cards!

Sorry LG, we would much prefer a CoolPad Halo F1!

Maybe they are aiming for the burner phone market – If US cop dramas are anything to go by multiple SIM capacity in a cheap phone would go down a treat in drug dealing circles…

This phone has a SIM switch button, so it doesn’t even have three cards on standby (unlike normal dual-SIM phones).
