GizPoll: So, are you buying the OnePlus 5T or not?


And here we are guys, the long wait is finally over. The OnePlus 5T was finally unveiled on the 16th of November as scheduled, packing some interesting updates in terms of design but also in certain technical specs.

Hardware

Just like the OnePlus 5, the 5T comes with a Snapdragon 835 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory.  Its graphics are handled by an Adreno 540 GPU and it supports Bluetooth 5  which is augmented with AptX HD. Well, microSD memory expansion is missing but you get two nano-SIM slots and a headphone jack. The lights of this smartphone are kept on by a 3300mAh battery which supports Dash Charge.

Operating System

This flagship smartphone comes with an OxygenOS based Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS. With many top devices updating to the Oreo, we can only expect this smartphone to get Android Oreo in “early 2018”.

Good thing is that its price is somewhat affordable – especially when compared to other flagships like the iPhone X, Galaxy S8, Note8, etc. Tthe OnePlus 5T is going to cost either $499 or $559 depending on the model that you choose. You can either pick up the 64GB model for the $499, or if you need more storage space than 64GB you can pick up the 128GB model for $559, which is just 60$ more for a massive 128GB of storage.

    Still waiting for a real full bezelless phone not a “bezeless” phone with a big black border on top or bottom. The only worthly bezelless phone buying at the moment is the iphone x but it’s a bit to pricy

    I had the OPO and the OP3T, which i loved but i am trying new co’s now 🙂 pretty happy with the LEagoo Kiicaa Mix for now.
