ZTE Blade A6 Max gets the nod from FCC, user manual pics also leaked

ZTE A0620

Telecom equipment and smartphone maker ZTE is in the process of launching a new device on US soil. According to a new spotting at FCC, the upcoming handset labelled ZTE Blade A6 Max seems to be a relative of the ZTE Blade A6. Along with the FCC images, we’ve also got some leaked images from its user manual.

ZTE has kept its low key presence in the US by launching budget-oriented products for a while now. The ZTE Blade A6 Max seems to be a similar product. Looking at the images, we can see a pretty basic camera setup at the back along with a single lens sitting at the front. There is a Nexus 6P-like black band running along the top corner at the rear of the phone. It looks neat. The handset also underwent an autopsy and got its innards spilled out. We can clearly see the battery, but it’s a pity we can’t judge the exact capacity.

Gizchina News of the week

The Blade A6 Max doesn’t have a fingerprint scanner. But it does possess a headphone jack and a micro SD card slot. It also seems from the manual instructions that the handset has a removable back.

The Blade A6 Max is expected to have a display of at least 5.5-inches as the A6 had a 5.2-inch panel. This is also presumed by the “Max” label. Apart from what is visible, we are clearly in the blank about the other components of the phone.

Since the handset has received the nod from FCC, it should soon emerge in the near future as an official product.
