Today, President Zhao Ming announced that the Honor Play, Honor 10 GT and Honor V10 are the first models to upgrade EMUI 9.0. At the same time, Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro, Mate 10 Porsche Design, P20, P20 Pro, Mate RS Porsche design will also be up for an upgrade.

According to Huawei, EMUI 9.0 is inspired by nature, adhering to the natural minimalist design concept, built-in natural sound effects and scene illustrations, the UI is simple and clear; it doesn’t just look good, it’s also easy to understand at a glance.

EMUI 9.0 is now smoother and better optimized in three main parts: tapping the screen, launching the application, and browsing the UI according to the user’s habits.

When the user taps the screen icon, the system response time is accelerated by 25.8%. When the user operates the mobile phone, the smoothness is increased by 12.9%.

In addition, EMUI 9.0 also supports GPU Turbo 2.0, which focuses on technical polishing and optimization, supporting a wide variety of mainstream games.

At the same time, EMIUI 9.0 is lighter and more secure, with users’ data getting completely protected.

Finally, EMUI 9.0 can also set the sleep time, the phone screen will turn black and white, reducing the desire of using the phone.
