AnTuTu: OnePlus 6T is one of the fastest Android smartphones

Yesterday, a presentation of OnePlus 6T took place in New York, which turned out to be a minor update of its predecessor. The successor of OnePlus 6 inherits its predecessor in terms of hardware and its Snapdragon 845. The capabilities of the Qualcomm single-chip system are well known and shortly after the announcement of the device, the official AnTuTu test results of the OnePlus 6T is revealed.

Despite the presence of a similar processor, the OnePlus 6T was more productive than its predecessor. its result in AnTuTu was 298,011 points. For comparison, OnePlus 6 has an average score of around 289,424 points. Well, it seems that the developers has successfully worked on optimizing the new smartphone performance. The new OnePlus 6T is definitely one of the most productive devices, but what place it will get depends largely on the results of the Xiaomi Black Shak Helo, but now the screenshot says it takes second place, right behind the ROG Phone.

The OnePlus 6T comes in 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage options, with no room for expansion. It gets a slight battery upgrade, from the 3300mAh on the OnePlus 6 to a 3700mAh battery with Oneplus dash charge. The device uses a 16MP f/2.0 above the display, while the rear camera gets a 16 and 20MP f/1.7 sensors and it boots Android 9.0 with Oxygen OS out of the box.
