Galaxy M12 goes official in Germany & Taiwan, to soon land in South Korea

Earlier this month, Samsung brought its affordable Galaxy M12 smartphone to the Indian market. The device packed features such as Exynos 850 chipset, up to 6GB RAM, 90Hz refresh rate, quad rear camera module, and a large 6,000 mAh battery. All of these at an affordable price of INR 10,999 (i.e. $150). Well, the device has now made its way to two more regions – Germany and Taiwan. To top things off, the device is also set to launch in other countries in the coming days such as South Korea.

Galaxy M12 lands in Germany and Taiwan!

Samsung Galaxy M12 is available in two different storage configurations – 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB. Germany was treated with both the two variants while only a 128GB variant made its way to Taiwan. Coming to the price, the 64GB variant in Germany will set you back around €179 (i.e. $216). There’s no information surrounding the pricing of the 128GB version.

For Taiwan, Samsung has launched the 128GB version with a price tag of NT$4,999 (i.e. $180). As expected, the device is now up for grabs and will be available via the company’s online and physical stores. While announcing the device, Samsung announced that it hopes to sell more Galaxy M12 than the figures of M11 in Taiwan. For German and Taiwan, we’re looking at three color options namely black, blue, and green.

Apart from launching the device in Germany and Taiwan, Samsung will soon bring the smartphone to more markets. In fact, the company recently announced that it will bring the device to South Korea on April 28. Starting from this day, interested buyers will be able to purchase the smartphone in the country. The device will be available in a single color option i.e Black.

The device in South Korea will set you back around KRW 198,000 (i.e. $177). Galaxy M12 will be up for grabs via Samsung’s online store, 11th Street, Coupang, and G Market. In the country, the company is also offering a 2-month YouTube Premium pass for free.
