To create hype surrounding its upcoming budget handsets, the company has already teased the launch of the Redmi 10 via a tweet. The official announcement was accompanied by an image that shows the rear design of the device.
The affordable Redmi 10 smartphone is confirmed to come with a 90Hz LCD later this month. Aside from that, the company will be taking the wraps off an equally anticipated phone dubbed the Redmi 10 Prime. Now, it appears that the Redmi 10 Prime India launch is just around the corner. The Prime variant of the upcoming series got listed on the CEIR IMEI database. As expected, the listing revealed the phone’s model number 21061119BI and a host of other details.

Taking to his Twitter account on August 17, noted tipster Mukul Sharma revealed that the Redmi 10 Prime has been listed on the IMEI database. As mentioned earlier, the listing confirmed the moniker and the model number 21061119BI. Furthermore, the leaker has revealed multiple LTE bands supported by the Redmi 10 Prime version. It is worth mentioning here that the Chinese smartphone maker has not confirmed the Redmi 10 Prime India launch date.
