The first Realme tablet will receive an AMOLED display

It is known that the Realme Pad, the first tablet in the history of the Realme brand, has been in development for some time, but its release date is still unknown. According to unconfirmed reports, the model may debut before the end of this year, and recently a company representative confirmed one of the most important characteristics of the display of the device.

Shortly before the premiere of the Realme GT and GT Master Edition smartphones in India, the brand’s marketing director for Europe and India, Francis Wong, confirmed the use of an AMOLED display in the new tablet.

In response to a Twitter visitor’s complaint that the 6.43-inch AMOLED display of one of the new smartphones is not enough for him, a company representative wrote that then he should wait for the Realme tablet. Nevertheless, the top manager of the company did not share additional information, so we have to rely only on previous rumors and leaks.

According to preliminary data, the new Realme Pad will receive a 10.4-inch display with thin bezels, 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage memory. The tablet is 6.8 mm thick, with a stylus slot on the side. Also provided are speaker grilles, a USB Type-C port, a 7100 mAh battery and a microSD card tray.

The tablet will be equipped with 8-megapixel cameras on the front and rear panels. The rear camera will support autofocus. Realme Pad will run on Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11. It will be available in metal cases in gray and silver colors.

According to rumors, the premiere will take place on October 12, the price is about $ 300.
