The Redmi 10 Prime 2022 smartphone has bagged the BIS certification, and it is likely to launch in India under the Poco branding. Last week, the Redmi 10 2022 made its foray into the global market. Now, the smartphone is likely to launch with the Redmi 10 Prime 2022 moniker in India. This Redmi 10 Prime 2022 smartphone has now been spotted on the BIS certification website with model number 22011119TI.

Redmi 10 Prime 2022 Arrives On BIS Website

Hawk-eyed leaker Mukul Sharma spotted the handset’s BIS listing and shared a screenshot of the listing in his latest tweet. Interestingly, the aforesaid BIS listing implies that the Redmi 10 Prime 2022 could debut in India with Poco branding. Furthermore, the smartphone could debut as the Poco M4. To recall, the Poco M2, which debuted in 2020, was a rebranded Redmi 9 Prime. So, it will be barely surprising if the Poco M4 turns out to be a rebranded Redmi 10 Prime 2022.

Moreover, the brand officially confirmed the Poco M4 Pro 4G India launch date on Wednesday, February 23. While the BIS listing does not shed light on the Redmi 10 Prime 2022 specifications, 91mobiles predicts that it will be the same as the Redmi 10 2022.

The Redmi 10 2022 sports a 6.5-inch LCD display with FHD+ resolution, and a refresh rate of 90Hz. Aside from that, the screen has a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top for additional protection. Also, the screen has a punch-hole notch to accommodate the phone’s selfie camera. Under the hood, the phone packs a powerful octa-core MediaTek Helio G88 processor. Furthermore, it ships with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and offers 128GB UFS2.2 storage. In addition to that, it packs a competent Mali-G52 MC2 GPU.
