Samsung’s One UI Watch 5 update premiered with the Galaxy Watch 6 series earlier this year and gradually extended to the Galaxy Watch 4 and 5 lineups. The update comes with firmware versions R840XXU1DWK2 / R850XXU1DWK2 and is currently being distributed in Europe. Notably, the Tizen OS remains unchanged at version 5.5.0.2.

The new watch faces, Stretched Time and Perpetual haven’t been observed on the Galaxy Watch Active 2 yet. However, it’s anticipated that they will be included, possibly with the next firmware update for the device.
