The
Meizu MX3 launch began at 10am today Beijing time, however
Meizu fans hoping to get their hands on the
8-core Chinese super phone early will have to settle for the base model with only 16GB of built-in
memory and no
NFC support.
The lack of
NFC on the 16GB
MX3 is a real let down especially for those users who plan to add an Oppo N-Lens or Sony QX system at a later date, but the phone does have the same powerful 8-core Samsung CPU,
2GB RAM, 8 mega-pixel camera with
F2.0 aperture and Sony battery as the rest of the
MX3 range.
If you are after a larger
memory option and want
NFC then the 32/64 and 128GB versions of the new
Meizu will go
on sale later this month.
