Oppo has revealed more details about the cameras coming to its next flagship lineup, and the Oppo Find X10 series is shaping up to be heavily focused on mobile photography and video. The company has confirmed that the standard Oppo Find X10 will feature two 200MP rear cameras, while the higher-end Find X10 Pro Max will take things even further with three 200MP sensors.
Both models will also pack an 8,000mAh battery, giving the series an unusually large power reserve for a flagship smartphone.

Oppo Find X10 Brings Two 200MP Cameras

The Oppo Find X10 will use a 200MP main camera with an f/1.6 aperture. Oppo says the sensor was developed in collaboration with Hasselblad, with CIPA 6.0 stabilization designed to keep photos and videos steady.

The telephoto camera is also based on a 200MP sensor, making the setup particularly unusual for a standard model. It has an f/2.6 aperture and even stronger CIPA 7.0 stabilization.

Oppo is also adding a second-generation Danxia color sensor. The company claims it can help improve both color reproduction and dynamic range, with up to 15 stops of dynamic range available in supported scenarios.
The phone will also have extremely thin display bezels at just 0.99mm. That should give the front a cleaner look while keeping the screen close to the edges.

Oppo Find X10 Pro Max Focuses On Video

The Find X10 Pro Max will get three 200MP rear cameras, but Oppo is also highlighting its video capabilities.

The phone will support OpenGate capture, which uses the camera sensor's full area to record footage in a 4:3 aspect ratio. This gives users more image information to work with when cropping or reframing footage later.
Oppo has also confirmed integration with the Blackmagic Camera app. Features such as O-Log2 and OpenGate capture will be available through the app, giving the Pro Max a more serious video workflow than most conventional smartphones.
