Vivo has officially shown the
complete rear design of its upcoming
Vivo X300 series, ending weeks of teasers. While the company hasn’t confirmed an exact launch date, the look of the X300 and X300 Pro is now clear, along with some of their color options.
Sleeker Design and New Flash Placement
The vivo X300 and X300 Pro feature a flatter design than the
X200 lineup. Both phones now use a flat frame with rounded corners, giving them a sharper, more modern look. Vivo has also moved the rear flash module to the left edge of the device for a cleaner camera arrangement.
From the official images, we can notice that the basic X300 has two colour options, which differ from the dual colour options of the Pro model. The X300 comes in light blue and light pink, while the X300 Pro features in black and beige.
Vivo X300 Series Camera Options
Even though both models feature triple cameras, Vivo decided to design the layouts differently. The Vivo X300 also features a larger camera bump compared to the vanilla model. This hints that the Pro model will feature more advanced camera hardware. The company also shared two photo samples of the X300 series. One was taken with the 200MP main camera of the X300, and the other was taken with the 200MP APO telephoto lens on the
Vivo X300 Pro.
Vivo X300 Series Expected Release Date and Full Specs
According to rumors, the Vivo X300 Series could use the
MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip. If this turns out to be true, the X300 series could offer a flagship-level performance. Vivo has also emphasised that the X300 series will not only come in a slimmer body than its predecessor, the X200, but it will also be lighter. This will make the new phone more comfortable to use or keep inside your pocket.
Several news outlets and industry experts have suggested that the company could launch the Vivo X300 series in China this October. Global rollout could follow some few weeks or days after the launch in China.
