Just yesterday I was chatting to a workmate about Google pilot program for the Chrome powered CR-48 netbook. ‘Why not try and get one’ I said ‘If you don’t qualify I bet they’ll have one for sale on Taobao soon enough’ I joked.

According to the Taobao listing the seller is in Beijing and wants a whopping 7777.77 Yuan ($1170.15) for the cloud computing gem! A bit on the steep side even if it does have the coolest box in the world!
