Lenovo Banks On Tablet Market


Lenovo are so sure of the tablet market’s continued growth that the Beijing based company has set up a special tablet division to design and manufacturer the devices.

It’s expected that 55 million tablet computers will ship this year, 40 million are expected to be iPads with the remaining 15 million being made up of Samsung, Motorola, Blackberry, Lenovo and others.

Lenovo made no new announcements about what we should expect from the newly formed tablet division, but don’t be surprised to see a whole host of Android tablets, hybrid tablet netbooks and even an IBM branded tablet.
