Rumor: Xiaomi M2 will have 8 mega-pixel camera!

We’ve heard plenty of news concerning the next generation Xiaomi phones (yup not just one of them) with this latest report ‘confirming’ the 2nd generation Xiaomi M2 will get an 8 mega-pixel camera, but can this really be true?

According to this leaked photos and image data found over at Xiaomifans, the second generation Xiaomi M2, named Mi2 in the photo takes photos to a resolution of 3264 × 2448 pixels which is exactly the same as current 8 mega-pixel phone cameras, however is this really the Xiaomi M2’s rear camera?

Gizchina News of the week

The current Xiaomi M1 which has been on sale for almost a year has an 8 mega-pixel rear camera, and we’re pretty sure  the replacement for the M1 the Xiaomi M1s will have an 8 mega-pixel unit too, so is this a photo taken with the Xiaomi M1S rather than the quad-core M2?

Let’t hope so as I for one am looking forward to having a 12 mega-pixel quad-core Android phone in my pocket by the end of the month!

Ha same pixel as the clone I bought “Xiaomi M2-One Plus”. Loving this phone so far so good and rooting it is same as the ZOPO.

Andy did you ever do the review on this clone anyway?

Want to know which roms can be flashed on it and what tool to use.
