Leaked hands on JiaYu G4 videos

With still no firm launch date for the JiaYu G4 many of us are getting a little impatient, and these latest leaked hands on videos of the G4 don’t help us any.

When launched in China the JiaYu G4 will come packed with a 720HD display, 13 mega-pixel rear camera and quad-core MT6589 processor. A Youth model with 1GB RAM and 1850mAh battery will be the first to go on sale, with a Premium model following with 2GB RAM and larger 3000mAh battery.

With the specs like this and a low-price starting at just 999 Yuan ($160) many of us are yelling at JiaYu to take our money now! Unfortunately they won’t but they have released a few hands on videos.

Gizchina News of the week

First up is a video of the G4 running Temple Run. Not the most intensive game in the world and as such the phone handles it well.

The second video shows the new JiaYu phone playing a HD video on the 720HD display

From what we have seen here and from what we have heard from JiaYu, the G4 looks ready for launch the only missing pieces of the puzzle appear to be an official network license from the Chinese governnment and ensuring the supply chains for the phone are up to speed.

We’ll keep you updated with any more JiaYu G4 developments.
