The Mi 5 was launched for 24,999 INR ($372) in India, but will now be available for 22,999 INR ($342), a 2000 INR / $30 price cut.

Kimovil will tell you best, but the PRO version is more like $450, not $400.

Xiaomi will not move many Mi5, with mere 2k off. They should bring a better flagship. Mi5 has not proven to be the winner as expected by Xiaomi.
