iQOO 10 Series Supporting 200W Charging To Hit The Stores Soon

iQOO 10 Pro 200W charging

Every year, smartphone makers update their records in various technologies. For instance, last year, several companies unleashed devices supporting 120W and even faster charging technologies. This year, at least two-three manufacturers will launch models with up to 200W fast charging. However, it seems that iQOO will become the first brand to bring such a solution to the customers. Today, a Weibo tipster said that the iQOO 10 will debut soon. Although there is no official confirmation of the release date, the new leak proves the phone will see light in July.

In fact, we are not talking about a single device but a series. The iQOO 10 series of smartphones ought to include two models – the base version and the iQOO 10 Pro.

Logically, the vanilla version will be a more modest smartphone. But in comparison to its predecessor, the phone is expected to come with a number of improvements. When saying this, we especially mean the gaming performance of the phone. At least, the tipster we mentioned above claims this.

iQOO 10 Pro Rocks

Well, at the event, the iQOO 10 Pro will be in the spotlight. The biggest selling point of the smartphone is going to be the 200W fast charging. Plus, it will feature the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip. So there is every reason to think that in the first months of its launch, the iQOO 10 Pro will have no equals on the market. Other than that, the smartphone will also support 65W/ 50W wireless charging as well. Unfortunately, there is no information concerning the battery capacity. But we think it will be almost identical to that of the iQOO 8 Pro and reach 4700mAh.

As a reference, the iQOO 9 supports a 120W fast charge and comes with a dual-cell battery solution. It takes only 19 minutes to fully charge the battery. In this regard, the iQOO 10 Pro is expected to reduce the charge time to single digits.

Another attractive spec of the iQOO 10 Pro will be the 2K LTPO AMOLED display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate. Also, the display will have a built-in ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. The camera module on the back will include a 50MP main camera sensor. But we have no clue what specifications other sensors will have.

As you see, not that much is known about the iQOO 10’s base version. But this will be fixed soon. We mean the release date is around the corner and we’ll get more and more news about the highlights of the series. Anyway, you don’t have to wait for many upgrades on the vanilla version.
