Turntable.fm is an online community where like minded electro and techno fans can meet up play music and host virtual DJ’ing events, and now it’s been cloned by Chinese website Doumi.fm!

Now there is a reason why Doumi.fm are currently testing their pixel-for-pixel clone of Turntable.fm, and thats because the online mixing suite recently posted news they had over 650,000 registered members and had made $7 million!
What better reasons to crack out the old keyboard and mouse!
Doumi.fm is currently in closed beta, and as you can see from the screenshot above the programmers have been pretty shameless in their copying.
Despite the obvious rip off, I’m quite excited to try out Doumi.fm and discover some new Chinese Indie and Electro music.
