Kuphone have been in the iPhone clone market for some time now and after just recently discontinuing their popular iPhone 4s clone have entered the iPhone 5 clone market. Now leaked documents claim that KuPhone will be launching 3 versions of their iPhone 5 clone with the flagship model sporting a 1.7Ghz quad-core CPU!

KuPhone have decided to go for Taiwanese brand Mediatek’s range of dual-core and quad-core chips for their new iPhone 5 clone called the KuPhone i5, and if these leaked specifications are true we should be expecting 3 models of KuPhone i5 phones to launch over the coming months.

According to the roadmap pictured here we should see a single core KuPhone i5 on sale before the end of October, with the dual-core version which will use an MT6577 CPU arriving sometime before the end of 2012.
