Malaysia finally gets the ‘coveted’ Huawei Honor 7

Besides just the fact that the Honor 7 looks like a great buy for the money, it’s the antics that the Chinese audience pulled off that will make you want to buy the phone. The phone has been running off the shelves like water off of a waterfall; not only China, but even European markets have responded extremely well to the smartphone.

If you’re in Malaysia, you will be happy to note that the phone has officially been launched in your country. Available in Mystery Grey or Fantasy Silver, the Honor 7 is priced RM 1,399 or roughly US$327.

Gizchina News of the week

Those interested in making a purchase of the Honor 7 will have to head over to the Vmall store to register for the sale, which will begin in one week from now — on 28th September.

The Honor 7 comes with a 5.2-inch 1920 x 1080p display and is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Kirin 935 with 3GB of RAM. Malaysia will only get a 16GB version of the phone, which however can be expanded by another 128GB via microSD.

Buyers in Malaysia will get a voucher worth RM 50 along with a guarantee of free screen replacement for the first 6 months. First 1000 buyers will also get a 32GB microSD card on top of that.
